  • Kandhas Organics reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery limitations.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • We currently offer delivery only in selected areas. Delivery of perishable items like milk is handled every morning within the 5 km delivery zone.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability and external factors.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or issues due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of certain items (e.g., milk, ghee, butter), returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

  • For non-perishable items, return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 business days.
